Job Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Director of Information Services and according to established policies and procedures, this position contributes to the overall operation of the organization by maintaining corporate wide network resources including both hardware and software deployment and installation.

Sets up, installs and maintains new personal computers and peripherals according to company guidelines.  Installs and configures client based software.

Assists the Sr.  Applications Analysts with day-to-day tasks as well as participates in larger projects/upgrades as needed and at the Senior Analyst discretion.

Provides Help Desk support for RIMI system users by answering incoming calls in a courteous and helpful manner. Will either resolve the issue or triage the issue to identify who to forward to for resolution. Records and tracks the issue, reports back to the user and records the resolution to the issue.

Job Requirements

BASIC KNOWLEDGE:

Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.  A+ and Microsoft certifications preferred.  Interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of internal and external users and vendors.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one year experience installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer/networking hardware and software in a multi-protocol WAN environment preferred. 

Proven written and oral communication skills.

Is familiar with Microsoft Office suite products, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Anti-virus software, and image cloning software.

Must be: ARRT registered; graduate of Radiologic Technology Program; must be willing to train in arthrograms and therapeutic injections; two years of Mammography experience preferred; tomography experience preferred; bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/Portuguese)

You will be responsible for practicing safe procedures and adhering to radiation safety measures duties including but not limited too: preparing and safely positioning patients in order to get the most accurate high quality images for evaluation, ensuring the privacy and comfort of the patient, performing diagnostic and screening mammograms, completing all exams in our computer system and all appropriate documentation, must be able to work with a team and independently.

Physician Liaison

Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Director, Physician Relations and the Chief Marketing Officer, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Physician Liaison is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that increase Rhode Island Medical Imaging’s revenue, customer referral base, promote the corporate brand, and the expansion of our organizational services. The Physician Liaison interprets changes in the marketplace, generates new ideas, and implements marketing activities to help increase RIMI’s market share.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  •  Must possess excellent problem resolution skills.
  •  Knowledge of marketing and healthcare promotion principles and theories.
  •  Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with RIMI employees and the referring  medical community.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.  Prior work experience, preferably in healthcare.  Have an understanding of basic sales principles and strategies.  Must be outgoing, motivated, and quick to problem solve.  Can confidently speak in front of new and existing referring physician offices, promote RIMI services, answer clinical questions, handle conflict resolution, and upsell our brand.  Able to work nights, weekends, and answer calls/messages after-hours when needed.  Must be able to travel independently and have a valid driver’s license.

Job Requirements

Must be : ARRT registered; MR Certification; experience required and the ability to work independently; bilingual preferred (Spanish/Portuguese)

Physical dexterity and strength to operate all types of MR related equipment, properly position patients and handling of patient films and files; Conceptual ability to determine means of providing requested studies based on the specifics of each case; Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients who may be under physical and/or emotional stress, referring physicians and staff, the radiologist, fellow employees, supplier and service representatives and any and all others who they come in contact with during the course of the business day; Organizational skills as required by the position; Analytical skills to compile and interpret data; Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide proper patient care; Demonstrated knowledge and skills to perform exams as outlined by governing bodies and RIMI protocol.

Must be: ARRT registered; graduate of Radiologic Technology Program; must be willing to train in arthrograms and therapeutic injections; two years of Mammography experience preferred; tomography experience preferred; bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/Portuguese)

You will be responsible for practicing safe procedures and adhering to radiation safety measures duties including but not limited too: preparing and safely positioning patients in order to get the most accurate high quality images for evaluation, ensuring the privacy and comfort of the patient, performing diagnostic and screening mammograms, completing all exams in our computer system and all appropriate documentation, must be able to work with a team and independently.  Must have great availability,  Certification in Mammography preferred.

Must be registered in Vascular Technology. Sonographers have one year from the date of hire or the date they complete their accredited ultrasound program to become registered; Experience in Abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts and Vascular Ultrasound is required; Registered in Breast Ultrasound is a plus; Must be current with all CME requirements.
