Must be: ARRT registered; graduate of Radiologic Technology Program; must be willing to train in arthrograms and therapeutic injections; two years of Mammography experience preferred; tomography experience preferred; bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/Portuguese)

You will be responsible for practicing safe procedures and adhering to radiation safety measures duties including but not limited too: preparing and safely positioning patients in order to get the most accurate high quality images for evaluation, ensuring the privacy and comfort of the patient, performing diagnostic and screening mammograms, completing all exams in our computer system and all appropriate documentation, must be able to work with a team and independently.  Must have great availability,  Certification in Mammography preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Director of Information Services and according to established policies and procedures, this position contributes to the overall operation of the organization by maintaining corporate wide network resources including both hardware and software deployment and installation.

Sets up, installs and maintains new personal computers and peripherals according to company guidelines.  Installs and configures client based software.

Assists the Sr.  Applications Analysts with day-to-day tasks as well as participates in larger projects/upgrades as needed and at the Senior Analyst discretion.

Provides Help Desk support for RIMI system users by answering incoming calls in a courteous and helpful manner. Will either resolve the issue or triage the issue to identify who to forward to for resolution. Records and tracks the issue, reports back to the user and records the resolution to the issue.

Job Requirements

BASIC KNOWLEDGE:

Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.  A+ and Microsoft certifications preferred.  Interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of internal and external users and vendors.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one year experience installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer/networking hardware and software in a multi-protocol WAN environment preferred. 

Proven written and oral communication skills.

Is familiar with Microsoft Office suite products, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Anti-virus software, and image cloning software.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Clinical Operations and working closely with physician leadership, plans, directs, and manages the Human Resources function in order to ensure the compliance, development, and implementation of system-wide human resource strategies, policies, and procedures. Job Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of industry trends and legislation and ensures compliance.  Attends conferences, seminars, and training sessions to remain apprised of changing standards, as well as new and emerging practices and legislation. Obtains and maintains additional accreditation and/or certification(s) within areas of expertise.

Exercises independent judgement on employee relations matters, drawing upon knowledge of employment law, and reducing risk to the organization by consulting with legal counsel when appropriate.

Interact directly with all managers to provide resources and expertise required to resolve employee relation issues. Oversee counseling/mediation, corrective actions, and termination processes.

Administers total compensation program and conducts market surveys.  Monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Writes and revises job descriptions.

Oversee administration of all employee benefit programs for physicians, clinicians and administrative staff. Support and promote corporate workplace wellness initiatives. Collaborate with insurance brokerage partners to ensure ERISA compliance, resolve claims issues, and negotiate benefits coverage for the RIMI team and the organization.

Direct the recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt personnel to ensure compliance with employment law through fair and equitable hiring practices.

Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs for physicians, clinicians and administrative staff along with promoting in-house and external employee training programs.

Maintains the Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database to track trends and recommendations for HR projections and to conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

Proven ability and experience to develop and motivate qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions. Ability to supervise a dynamic Human Resources team and to delegate work assignments effectively.

Job Requirements

Proven knowledge of principles and practices for management of human capital. 

On-going knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations. 

Demonstrated track record of introducing new programs, managing change, delivering on commitments, and delivering results and actionable data.

Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, Paylocity, Kronos, ATS, compensation management and benchmarking products such as PayScale).

Superb interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

 

 

 

Job Education/Certifications

A required minimum of fifteen (15) years of HR experience, with at least two (2) years of HR experience at the executive level.

Job Requirements

The Lead MRI Technologist is a working supervisor, responsible for scheduling and assigning technologist duties within the unit to ensure efficient patient flow, the best possible service and quality.  Generates, coordinates and maintains weekly MR technologist schedule and associated changes including administration of vacation schedules for all sites in a manner that provides adequate coverage at all times.  Provides assistance with problems, communicates new or changed policies, procedures and protocols.  Acts as a liaison between the technical staff, other staff and management.  Five years’ of MR experience required; MRSO a plus; required after one year. 

Must be ARRT registered; MR Certification; bilingual preferred. (Spanish/Portuguese)

Physician Assistant – Radiology & Vein Practice

Summary:


Under direct supervision of the attending physician or Lead PA, contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physician directives. Interventional procedures include, but are not limited to: patient history, physical exam, performing preliminary ultrasound or fluoroscopic evaluation (to be later reviewed by the attending), order appropriate ancillary studies or radiographic exams. Interpret routine results and preliminary interpretation of complex results or other exams (to be reviewed by the attending). Perform therapeutic intervention including but not limited to: the prescribing of medications (according to practice protocols, state and federal guidelines) and interventional procedures. Interventional procedures will be determined in accordance with observed competencies.
Specific Responsibilities:
Will include fluoroscopic guided procedures such as joint injections/aspirations/arthrograms, lumbar punctures and myelograms. Additional responsibilities will include outpatient management of our varicose vein patient population at multiple office sites within the state of RI. Specifically to the vein practice, the PA would have a role (after training) in initial outpatient consultations, post-op follow up visits, ultrasound guided and cosmetic sclerotherapy and possible assistance with endovenous laser procedures and/or ambulatory phlebectomy.
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current unrestricted licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Rhode Island. Current certification by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Maintain active ACLS/BLS certification. Carry professional liability insurance coverage of a type and in the amount as require by the Board of Trustees. Current unrestricted DEA and RI Substance registration (if applicable). Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, exhibit sound judgment and maturity.
