  • Take Route 95 North to exit 23 (Route 146 North)
  • Follow 146 North for 7.5 miles
  • Take exit for Route 116 (Lincoln, Smithfield)
  • At the bottom of the ramp take a left onto Route 116 North
  • At second light on Route 116 North, take a left onto Blackstone Valley Place
  • Turn right into parking lot for Blackstone Center
  • Follow signs for Building 5 (only building with a green roof towards the right of the park)
From the South (via Route 295)
  • Take 295 North to exit 9A (146 south via Eddie Dowling Highway)
  • Take exit for 116 North towards Lincoln
  • At third light take left onto Blackstone Valley Place
  • Turn right into parking lot for Blackstone Center
  • Follow signs for Building 5 (only building with a green roof towards the right of the park)
From the North
  • Take 295 South to exit 10 (Mendon Road)
  • At end of exit take a left onto Mendon Road

On behalf of the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH)’s Women’s Cancer Screening Program (WCSP), Governor Gina M. Raimondo accepted a $10,000 check today from Rhode Island Medical Imaging to expand financial assistance for access to breast screening and follow-up services for low-income women in Rhode Island.
