Dr. Evangelista is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his radiology residency at Rhode Island Hospital/Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He completed a combined musculoskeletal fellowship at the Beth Isreal Deeaconess and New England Baptist Hospitals.
Dr. Evangelista specializes in musculoskeletal imaging.
